- 2 years proven working experience as a Financial adviser or relevant experience, preferably if its Insurance.
- Track record of successful insurance & financial guidance
- Ability to analyze market's financial data and to provide appropriate data-based advice
- Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills
- Accuracy, attention to detail and the ability to explain complex information clearly and simply
- Excellent PC knowledge and ability to operate database systems
In Addition to two key differentiators: 1. 5+ appointments with pre-qualified prospects will be provided every month. Around 1/3 of these appointments will lead to business within 2-3months of the initial appointment, plus some of the appointments that don’t result in business within 2-3 months, will lead to business over the medium-longer term.
2. Advisers can be geographically independent. Meetings take place with clients over the phone or by Skype, meaning advisers can be based in UAE, Lebanon, or divide their time between 2 countries.
